Neuroplasticity and Spiritual Formation

Geri and I have only recently begun to integrate into EHS and our leadership the enormous amount of research that has been done on the neuroplasticity of the brain.  (I recommend The Mindful Brain and Parenting from the Inside Out by Daniel Siegel for starters).
